柴油发电机组启动后达不到额定频率该怎么解决？

故障反映：

柴油发电机组启动后，发电机发电，但发电频率只能到45Hz。

故障分析：

这种故障看起来是发电机或发电机控制部分内部有故障，但实际上是由于柴油机燃油供给系统或柴油机的机械故障而引起柴油机转速达不到额定转速后，造成发电频率达不到50Hz。

故障原因：

1、柴油机有个别汽缸工作不良或不工作；

2、低压油路部分堵塞；

3、高压油泵供油量不符合该机的规定要求或高压油泵内部个别柱塞被卡死；

4、油路中有空气；

5、大修的柴油机连杆螺栓用力过大，造成连杆瓦与轴颈结合过紧；

6、输油泵工作不良；

7、个别喷油器不喷油。

故障排除方法：

1、启动柴油机至转速达700r/min左右，用手触摸各汽缸的排气管，发现6个缸的排气温度基本相同，这就说明各缸工作正常，可以排除个别汽缸工作不良和不工作的可能；

2、停机后，检查输油泵进油滤网，发电滤网中没有杂质，应该说工作正常；

3、对输油泵进行油压试验。先拆下输油泵出油管，再用左手堵住输油泵出油孔，右手反复按压输油泵手柄，对输油泵进行油压试验。通过检查发电输油泵出油的油压基本正常，但高压油泵机油检视管向外滴柴油；

4、装备输油泵出油管后，拆下高压油泵侧盖板，然后启动柴油机，观察是不是高压油泵内柱塞与泵体之间的结合处泄漏柴油。检查中没有发电漏油现象，那么只能认为是在工作中柴油通过输油泵柱塞与柱塞套之间的间隙向高压油泵泵体内窜油，这样造成了低压油路供油不足，使柴油机功率下降，转速达不到额定转速；

5、更换输油泵后，启动柴油机，提高柴油机转速，操纵手柄达到最高转速规定要求后，从转速表观察到转速为1510r/min，给励磁机励磁，发电机发电且频率表显示为50.5Hz。降低转速到发电机频率为50Hz时，给设备供电一切正常，故障即被排除。
