如何正确的使用柴油发电机组及开机前注意事项

 柴油发电机组开机前注意事项
1.向柴油机加注机油时，必须选用规定型号的柴油机油。
2.必须使用优质合格的柴油，一般夏天使用0号柴油，冬天使用-10号柴油。
3.检查柴油机油是否到标准位置，水箱是否加满防冻液或水，柴油管路中排净空气。
--运行中
1.柴油机在启动后，应怠速运转3-5分钟，再升至额定转速，不要猛然使它高速运转。
2.柴油发电机组在工作状态（温度较高）时，禁止将水箱盖打开，以免烫伤。
3.禁止将发电机组防护网拆下后起动机组，防止器件卷入机器。
4.机组运行中随时观察水温和油压，水温高于100℃或油压低于0.1要停止机组运行。
--停机时
1.停机时应缓慢降速，怠速运转3-5分钟后停机。
2.当环境温度低于0℃时，应将水箱、柴油机机体及机油冷却器内水放净。

特别注意
1.发电机空气开关（断路器）在开机前及停机前必须处于断开状态。严禁带载负荷状态时开机、停机。
2.柴油机严禁在无负荷状态下运转时间过长（不得超过15分钟）。
